What we collect and why

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the site work and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it: our website host (Hostinger), email and productivity tools, our email marketing platform, Google (analytics, only with consent), and our accountant. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers store data outside the UK, including in the US. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, email laura@yourcmo.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
